What kinds of RVs do you work on?
Class A, B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, pop-ups, Sprinter and camper vans, and horse, cargo and boat trailers — all makes, from Airstream and Winnebago to Newmar, Tiffin and Monaco.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. We photograph the damage, write a detailed estimate, send it to your adjuster and keep you updated. In most claims you pay only your deductible.
Is the fall roof inspection really free?
Yes — a full roof inspection is free with any fall service. We check every seam, vent, skylight and slide seal, photograph what we find and give you a written estimate. Nothing is repaired without your approval.
When can I bring my RV in?
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Saturday appointments begin January 1, 2027.
Can you pick up my RV?
Yes. Pickup and delivery is available at no extra charge within about 10 miles of our Orange shop. Some restrictions apply to fifth wheels and travel trailers — call us and we will confirm.
Do you tow?
We don't operate a tow truck. For towing we recommend a trusted local towing company, and within about 10 miles we can usually pick up a drivable RV ourselves.
Will I know the price before you start?
Always. You get a written estimate first, and work starts only after you approve it. If we find something new during the repair, we call you before doing anything about it.
