RV parts orders
Shipping & Returns
How parts orders ship, and how returns work.
- Since 1995
- Insurance handled
- Written estimate first
Shipping
- Most items ship within 1–3 business days. Some items, including vehicle-specific items, take longer. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
- We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Alaska and Hawaii shipments cost more — call for a quote.
- You need a street address that accepts USPS and common-carrier deliveries. We may choose the carrier.
- Large items shipped by motor freight require a commercial address, or a surcharge applies.
- Insurance is highly recommended for items over $100.
- Canada: shipped via UPS Ground. Brokerage fees are capped at $10; the buyer pays duties and taxes.
Tracking
Orders may arrive in more than one package from different warehouses. Tracking numbers are usually emailed within 48 hours of shipment — please check your spam folder.
Damaged shipments
For motor freight, inspect the shipment at delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading. For other shipments, report damage within 3 working days.
Returns — 30-day money-back guarantee
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), clearly marked on the package. Request an RMA by calling the shop.
- Ship returns to 412 W Levers Pl, Orange, CA 92867, unless we tell you otherwise.
- Not returnable: appliances, electrical items, LP items, special orders, and items that show wear, installation or use.
- Shipping charges are not refunded. Orders can’t be changed or canceled after checkout.
