Why fall
Be proactive, not reactive
All summer, Southern California sun bakes the sealant around your vents, skylights, A/C units and seams. It cracks quietly. Then the first storms of the season arrive — and water finds every gap.
By the time you see a stain on the ceiling, water has usually been soaking into the roof deck, walls or insulation for a while. That’s when a same-day re-seal turns into a rebuild.
That’s why we inspect your roof for free with any fall service. You’ll know exactly what condition it’s in, with photos, and you’ll only fix what needs fixing — so you don’t spend more than you have to.

Questions
Roof inspection questions
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. A full roof inspection is free with any fall service.
How long does the inspection take?
It’s done while your RV is in for its service, so it doesn’t add a separate visit.
Will you fix things without asking?
Never. You get photos and a written estimate, and nothing is repaired without your approval.
How often should an RV roof be inspected?
At least every 12 months, and after strong wind, falling branches or debris.
What if you find storm or branch damage?
That’s often covered by insurance. We document it and work with your adjuster.
