What actually happens to your RV between drop-off and pickup? Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at a collision repair in our Orange shop.
Day one: check-in
We walk the RV with you, then inspect and photograph the damage and the areas around it. Insurance claim? The photos and estimate go to your adjuster.
Teardown
Damaged panels, caps and trim come off so we can see the structure underneath. If we find hidden damage, we photograph it and contact you and your insurer before going further.
Structure
Framing, frame rails and structural parts are repaired or replaced first. Nothing cosmetic goes on until the structure is right.
Skin and seal
Fiberglass, panels and caps are repaired or replaced and sealed so water stays out.
Paint
Surfaces are prepped and painted indoors with color-matched paint; graphics are restored.
Reassembly and testing
Lights, slides, doors and seals are reinstalled and tested, then a final check and walk-through with you. See RV collision repair.
